WHAT IS THIS ABUNDANT LIFE?
This Abundant Life was a weekly 60 minute interactive web-cast and community blog that highlighted arts, agriculture and activism. This cutting edge web-cast integrated live music, relevant videos, live guests, live chat and was hosted by Lizzie & Baba. In addition to the above, each show consisted of an inspiring tip from Lizzie’s philosophy, The Art of Creating Reality and a collective “bun-dance” at which point folks shake their buns in their living rooms around the world. At the end of each show, the community of viewers posted things they are thankful for in the chat room and the hosts sang about the viewer’s gratitude within the context of the song, Thank You. “This show is a ray of sunshine and can help light your way when you are in darkness.” – NY Examiner
